I accidentally fused aluminum foil to my glasstop stove. Any ideas how to remove it?

Have you tried heating the glass top and using a razor to scrape off?

Just please remember that the razor blade will get hot. You'll have to use something to prevent yourself from getting burned!!!

I actually did the same thing to mine a few months ago....I even called the mfg. They told me in time it would wear off. (It did, but I really made a mess....it fused so much that my glass top has ugly pitts in that area. (And I thought a previous sugar burn was bad!) My idea has been to put a nice tea kettle over it.
