Commercial pressure washers

Hello,

I am a bit confused about commercial pressure washers. Daimer.com shows quite a few commercial pressure washers on their website, and a number of them seem interesting. I am considering a machine with heat because I need to clean very greasy industrial machinery, and have been told steam commercial pressure washers would be better than have using even hot water.

Does anyone have any opinions on using hot water at about 200 degress F versus wet steam at up to 300 degrees F? I want fast cleaning and as little water as possible.

Thanks.
