I use Spot Shot in the aerosol can. It will remove just about any stain.

Tried this past weekend, even with several applications it did not work. May be because it is a very old stain.

I've used OxiClean Max Force Laundry Stain Remover on old coffee stains in carpet and it worked great.

Mix equal parts water and hydrogen peroxide, add a squirt of Dawn dishwashing liguid. It will foam up, put in a large container (I use a plastc half-gallon pitcher). Apply foam with a scrub brush, gently rub in with the scrub brush. When it dries, vacuum. This may take 2 applications. This removes all stains and deodorizes.
