Use mild soap and water on your cabinets, especially if you don't know exactly what kind of finish is on them and you didn't receive any recommendations from the manufacturer that it's safe to use this particular product on them. The flooring finish and cabinet finish coat may be completely different. If the cabinets are under warranty, using products not suggested by the manufacturer will void the warranty.

Hubby is VP with a cabinet manufacturing business (39-years with the same company, next month), and that's what they suggest. Stay clear of Murphy's Oil Soap and Liquid Gold. Oily substances can damage the finish or make them sticky/tacky and then all they do is attract more "crud" that is impossible to clean.

This summer a cabinet door was returned for replacement with a perfect set of child's hand-prints on it from suntan lotion - who knew? But it ruined the finish.....

Dry dusting is all that is needed for 90% of cleaning. A damp rag with a bit of soap and water for the other 10%. That's it. Stay clear of abrasives like the Magic Clean erasers and stay clear of anything worded as a "cleaner".
