boy's bathroom laminate floor

Help! The laminate floor around the toliet in the boy's bathroom smells so strong of urine. What will get rid of it? Tried pine oil,bleach, vinegar and several odor remover solutions. It is getting embarassing for visitors to go into that bathroom. Can't understand what it is about some boys and men that cannot hit the bowl.

I have a son (and all his little buddies, too). The good news is that as they get older their aim gets much better!

The floor has probably absorbed the urine into the laminate between the planks. You may just have to replace it when they outgrow the "spray and pray" (as my ex called it) stage.

Or the area may need cleaning more often than you think it does.

Those enzyme cleaners meant for pet stains will fix your problem. Look at a pet supply store.
