How to clean microfiber chairs

Hi, my husband and I bought 4 microfiber chairs of craigslist. The woman listed them as new, but... clearly they aren't because they have some stains. Boo-hoo. I still like the chairs though so I want to try and clean them. What do you all recommend? I've never had furniture with microfiber fabric before. Thanks!!!

I have used water and a little dish soap. And then water. Not a lot. It has worked just fine.
