personalized charger plates

Have searched the web and can't find a source...when we move into our new house I would like to gift my Husband with a set of 8-12 personalized high quality charger plates He is a great cook and I have always wanted to have a set made with simple white large charger plate with rim memorializing " Chez Jay" Any ideas out there of source ? Thanks

Capeanne,
I have been looking for bisque tiles and I know I saw some bisque chargers. You might check at local ceramics shops to see if they can get some for you and help you decorate then fire them.
The link below is just one of the places I found that sell chargers - I know nothing about them other than what I see on their site. This just shows that what you are looking for can be found.
