| I need a little help please. I grew up watching my grandmother do her ceramics in many ways but that was the only way she taught me any of it, not step by step. So now I have inherited ALL of her craft stuff and am trying to fill in the blanks one at a time. Today's blank comes from discovering a few bisque pieces that have been stained entirely in a light brown color. Her sister says that's to prepare the piece to chalk it but she can't remember what type of stain it is. I know how to do the rest from watching my grandmother but I need to know what that stain is and I'm not having any luck figuring it out amongst all the paints and glazes, ect. that she left behind. Does anyone know what this stain is? Please? |
