A question about Decals

I'm hoping someone here can help me . I know that decals are used in ceramics - I'm wondering if it's the same thing that I'm looking for . I do all sorts of things with glass ( suncatchers , windchimes, stained glass ..... ) and now I'm looking for pretty Decals that can be applied right onto the glass ( without using a kiln ). I can't find anything on the web . Is there such a thing and is there a site that I can order them from ?
Thank you all so much ! Kathy ( toomuchglass )

RE: A question about Decals

Are the windchimes to be used outside? They will be damaged by rain if not fired. You can't tell from the pictures of the decals, but some do have a tinted background that burns away in the kiln. If you don't fire them, the tint will be there. You may want to ask them if any decals that you happen to order have tinted backgrounds.
