My DH likes to get under three and figure out everything I buy him before Christmas. He monitors the stores and packages I bring into the house. Granted, I haven't been too creative this year. He's getting clothes. Does anyone have any ideas for stocking stuffers he won't figure out? I'm looking for ideas in general. I don't have time to make up any crafts this year. I don't care if something really weird. The goal is for him not to figure it out.
What I did last year, because I just ran out of ideals for my DH Stocking. He is into tools and is a Tech by trade. So my son and I when down the isle at walmart that has screws and nuts and bolts, small screw drivers ect... and we set a budget of 10.00. Then we shopped for little items we knew would fit in the sock. When we reached our budget we stopped shopping. It wouldn't all fit in the sock. You could do this with Fishings, automotive, even Candy. There is always the Dollar store too that you could find some really different things in.
This year I got my husband one of the "Leatherman" tools for his stocking. He loves these things and now will have three sizes. Also, he's an Army veteran and VERY patriotic so I got him one of those flags that hooks to the car window and a flag license plate for the front of the car.
Hi, if you have little items you could do the following. Put them inside a empty toilet paper tube or make small ones from left over rolls of wrapping paper. Place gift in tube and wrap it up like a christmas cracker amd don't forget to fringe the ends. Fill his stocking with crackers. Irene
