I made 9 centerpieces for a family engagement party last Sat night..

Best part was the price. The centerpieces came in at under 5.00 each...

If you want directions on the napkins, let me know. You can get 4 from a yard..45 in wide fabric..

Fabric stores are getting scarcer and scarcer. WalMarts have done away with their fabric departments in most of the stores around here. There is one big store (JoAnn's about 20 minutes away from me), but all the others have bit the dust.

Nice job on the arrangements. Did the flowers come from your yard? Don't see how you could keep the price down that low unless you grew them yourself.

The mums were 5 for 11.00 . I was limited in colors..lots of good full yellow ones left, but the tablecloths were green with a white overlay and I didn't want it to look like St Patrick's Day. The purple with the gold went well.
I used very thin wire and made a garland with glittered leaves and threaded it through the flowers. Then added the baby's breath and a mesh bow. The ribbon was from Sam's Club..50 yds for 8.50...It was so nice to work with..I think I used about 4 yds for each bow...they were nice and full..
Everyone wanted to take one home, so the longest married at each table got first chance. They should last till Tgiving if they keep it cool and watered, and then it can be planted.

I think I saw the napkins that folded like a Christmas tree on someone's table--thought they looked cute. Haven't sewn for awhile, but these might be worth pulling the machine out. Would love to have you share the instructions. Are they round to start with? Seems like they would have to be.

OA,don't forget about the Fabric Patch--it's in your area. They cater to the quilters, so carry a nice variety of fabrics and are probably closer to you than Joann's. There's also a small fabric store at Vineyard and Baseline in the shopping center on the southwest corner.

Your centerpieces are beautiful. I'm glad you posted a picture of them in the back of your trail blazer so we could see the size and enjoy that picture also. Your very talented.

Love the napkins and I definitely have them on my 'To Do List'... hard to find nice fabric places anymore. Walmart has done away with theirs, and there's only JoAnn's.
Hard to believe that there's not the same interest to make things anymore.
I would miss that.
