| Hi to all the dishaholics here,
I have a very extensive collection of Haviland China that was left to me after the passing of my Mother and Grandmother. Each piece has its own padded storage bag and plates, etc have tissue between them for further protection. As my home is short on storage, would I be committing a terrible deed if I was to store the china in the attic? I am in a hot and humid climate. Thanks for your advice. |

| So happy to hear you've been blessed with your DM's and DGM's collection of Haviland China. I would be concerned with the hot and humid climate you mentioned. Sounds like this collection was well taken care of and it would be a shame to see mold start growing or cracking from the heat. Is there any way to set up fans for circulation up there during the extremes? Sure hope you come up with a solution and your able to enjoy this the rest of your life. Hope you will keep us posted on what you find out. Punk |

| I hope you can keep it 'out' in a china cabinet & enjoy the beauty & memories of your DM & DGr'M! If not, how about in 'under the bed' containers? Good luck! Jeanne S. |
