Run Back to the Store (Again!) and pick up . . ..

I know we've all seen this before.

But this looks a tiny bit better and I bet it has more flavor too.

I got the ingredients (materials?) this morning and plan to have a few little helpers
make them tomorrow to place on the plate next to the slice of pumpkin pie.

Also saw some made with a pretzel for the stem.

Happy Thanks.

OMG, OA I LOVE those acorns! both versions are terrific, but using them to decorate the pie is perfect! And Fun2BHere, that turkey is SO cute!

Oh, thanks, Fun. It's Adorable. Another idea for the small fry.

I forgot to add directions to the acorns.

Melt half the bag of chocolate morsels in the microwave (5 seconds a pop, stirring between each cycle). Use the melted chocolate to adhere the cookie and morsel stems to the chocolate kiss.

Oh, dang. I'm an idiot. I ALSO forgot to tell you that the cookies are
Flutter Nutter minis (come in a bag).

I'm going to see if he wants to make these for our Thanksgiving celebration,
which will be on Friday.
Thanks OA
