More Ravens and Some Scarecrows

I saw this on the front of a local store today. Great idea for windows and ravens.

Stores in the old town were having a scarecrow competition, and these windows and this next pic were in front of a decor/antique store.

Here's a couple of the scarecrows the merchants made.

He looks more like the tin man than the scarecrow, doesn't he?

Thanks for sharing these..
I like when the town gets involved with decorations for the holidays. It's smart and makes it fun to shop too.

Old windows are so neat for decorating with, inside and out. Over on Garden Junk Forum they are really loved. I doubt I'll find one here in Phoenix, except in antique shops and I'm not paying the prices. LOL.

Its really neat the town does this, and I'd love living in that kind of town. I'm betting its a small one with great atmosphere. Lucky you!

More fun pics on your blog. What a great group of merchants to do all these. I especially liked the lady with the arm full of dolls. Thanks for sharing these fun pics with us. Luvs

The pictures are great...I love it when merchants get together to do things like this. Did they pick a winner yet?
