Who would have thought?

Just ran across this blog. Who would have thought that you could make such a cute decoration just by cutting the finger portion off one of those spider rings and putting them in a frame? Take a look, just scroll down a ways till you get to it. Luvs

Here is a link that might be useful: spiders in frame

Cute! There are so many amazing things out there, and not expensive either! I love that, being creative instead of spending so much$$$!

Very cute idea! BUT, her gorgeous cookies have made me very hungry now!

OK. That spider specimen idea is a keeper! Just need to locate an old shadow box. Thanks, Luvs.

Okay, now someone with really good eyes look at the spiders carefully and tell me if it looks like little ribbons or something at the top of each one please? I know she said she just cut the ring portion off and pinned them in--but what am I seeing? I just think this is a fun, different, and inexpensive idea. Luvs

It looks like a straight pin with a black ball on it. That's all. I don't see a ribbon. Cute idea!

What a unique idea to display the little spiders like folks frame butterflies. Too cute. I'm saving this one for sure!
Thanks, Luvs!
