| I found these large faux pumpkins at GW. One was $1.99 cause it was empty, the other was $3.99 cause it had some silk florals in it. I divided the florals between the 2, added some fresh cattails, and some more florals and placed them in the urns that usually hold faux pine trees.
The wreath was $1.06 at another TS and all I had to do was rearrange some of the decor on it. My scarecrow in the corner is yrs old and his burlap clthes had faded and looked very drab so....another trip to GW and some "new" kids overalls and flannel shirt and he looks great again. The whole view. The doormat is new and from a catalog this year. Happy Fall Y'all. TTFN,

I love it. I love ALL of it. Candy the Super Shopper has struck again! ;o) You have such a wonderful porch to decorate, I'm very green with envy over it. Including the brickwork. In fact, you'll probably keep me 'green' right thru the first of year. LOL. hugs, Karen

OMG, what a lovely Autumn porch! Your neighbors must be so happy to look out and see your house. I really like the new pumpkin floral displays in your urns and am totally blown away by the price you got them for! Are the other veggies real or faux? I'd love to find some faux ones that large, as packrats, rabbits, and even coyotes would eat any real ones I put out on my porch. Lynn

Thank you for the wonderful comments. Everything there is faux except the cattails and the hay bales. The hay bales are years old as are most of the pumpkins/gourds. I bought many of them after the season was over for 80-90% off although 1 or 2 were bought with 50% off coupons in season. My neighbors brought their baby daughter over several years ago and put her in front of the hay and pumpkins and we put some more pumpkins around her for them to take a picture. They said it was cheaper than paying a professional photographer. LOL TTFN,

Hey, what a great idea...Fall backdrop for family portraits! ;o) Seriously, its neat your neighbors get to enjoy your decor and I'm sure its such a treat for the children. They will always remember "the house next door" and who knows, you might influence their decorating when they grow up and have families! hugs, Karen

What a delightful front porch arrangement - your pumpkin urns are exactly what I want to do when I remove the boston ferns in the next week or so. Refurbishing the scarecrow with childrens clothes is a great idea - will tuck that away in the memory bank. And last but not least how cool that your neighbors choose your setting for pictures of their children. TFSing ..... Lynne
