Float like a Butterfly

I set a table using some butterfly plates I found for $1.50 for all 4 at the TS.

The pink butterfly plates are ones I have used before.

The pink candleabra was brass and I painted it. The butterflies are from Michaels.

The tablecloth is a TS treasure as was the candle ring, and the pink chargers. The green chargers also reappear.

I bought 8 of these pink plates at the Sal Ar. a couple of yrs ago.

The napkin rings are vintage, the Damask Rose flatware is heirloom from DH's Mom.

TTFN,

Candy

Candy, your new plates are so neat on this ts. Great buy also. What a pretty tc to go with this setting. I love the pink butterfly plates too! Great job painting the brass cp pink. Looks lovely with the flowers and butterflies.

Your napkin rings and the Damask Rose flatware from DH's mother is wonderful. I still love those green chargers! Can't get enough of them. The rose creamer, sugar and butter dish(?) are so nice on this ts.

Wonderful job as always. Seeing this table makes me think of the song Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle.

    Beautiful setting Candy.
Everyone knows I "can't" decorate with pink for nothing so I'm envious of your creativity.
The butterfly plates were the perfect find and fit in just right.

I love the pastel butterflies. Great idea painting the candle holder.
I remember the pink plates too. They look so pretty on this table. The green chargers are perfect,

    Thanks everybody.
I painted the candleabra for the baby shower last year!

It is hard to believe baby Dylan is 1 yr old already!!!

I never used to be a pink person, but as I have accululated my bargains over the past couple of years, some of them have been pink and if you buy enough things, eventually something goes together!! LOL

    Thanks again,
    Candy

Well Candy, with this post of yours, I think I've finally caught up with all I've missed lately. You are last, but certainly not least! LOL

Very pretty pink table. I'd definitely have to dress up a bit to sit here. Looks rather dainty and 'proper', jeans and a tee just won't do at all. ;o)

Funny about you TOO not being a "pink person". This Forum seems to do that transformation to us who weren't. Kinda sneaks up on you, one day you don't care for pink and suddenly you turn around and you ARE a Pinkie with the best of them! I am still amazed over it. LOL.

    hugs, Karen
goodnight sweet friends, will try not to get behind so much.
