ISO Candy Wreath instructions

My GM had one of these when I was a kid. I think it was made fom a coat hanger, with starlight mints ( in the wrapper) attached to it and a pair of kiddie scissors for snipping off the candy. Sorry for the vague description, it's been a VERY long time since I was a kid! LOL!
