Larkspur and Rubies

I'm posting 2 tables today since I have help.
Happy Birthday to all celebrating a July Birthday!!!
I couldn't find any fresh Larkspur, but I think the silk looks fine.
Rubies are a little out of my price range right now so I settled for a little sparkle in the napkin rings and goblets.
I got the chargers at Christmas time at a local store.I think they are perfect for this table. The white plates are Gibson and I've had the red salad plates for a long time. The strawberry plates were a yard sale find. The stemware dates back to the 1920's. I used the sherbets as candleholders. The flat ware was my DGM's.
I love, love, love these ruby red and crystal Goblets! I found them at a TS in the Spring and couldn't wait to use them on this table.
The napkin rings are barrettes, I like the sparkle they add. It was hard to get a Candy Shot because the Larkspur is so tall.

Oh, those barrets for napkin rings sure add the 'sparkle' of rubies! What a great idea! And I am lovin' your TS ruby red & crystal goblets! Yes, they go really good w/those sassy chargers! White linens are so pretty for this table. Larkspur & rubies...definitely! TFS, nana! Jeanne S.

Nana, Wow, what a lovely July BDay table. Your goblets are gorgeous and so are the strawberry plates. Great stacking from the chg's up to the stems which are beautiful too. The red chargers are so neat with the ruffles. Larkspur in the red vase worked perfect on this table.

Then adding your DGM flatware makes this table more special. Barrets for napkin rings on your beautiful wht linnens, just super.

So glad you had help so you could share this table with all of us.

Ditto on the napkin rings! Great idea, and so pretty! And those goblets are beautiful. What a find in them!

My Dad would have loved your table, red was his favorite color! And he would have been 87 last week. So this is a perfect July birthday table I think!

hugs, Karen

Thanks Jeanne, Luvs, OA, Punk and Karen,

When I saw those barrettes at an in door flea market they spoke to me, so I had to take them home.
The strawberry plates were a yard sale find. I hope to do a table featuring them.

OA the red goblets are on the way LOL.

Karen, I'm glad to hear your Dad's favorite color was red.
I hope this table didn't make you sad.
