Patriotic Tablescape

Hi everyone! Been a while since I've posted and I've missed seeing what everyone is up to and all the beautiful tablescapes here!

So, I decided to drop in and share my table that I set for the Fourth of July.

Photobucket

The setting was very simple and casual. I used red beaded placemats, white dinner plates, and blue glass salad plates. I added in my red acrylic handled flatware and cobalt iced tea glasses.

Red, white and blue star napkins were tied with white napkin rings topped with a flag.

Photobucket

The centerpiece was made using a glass cake plate topped with white candles, red roses and white carnations. I added in red, white and blue curling ribbon and a garland made of stars.

Photobucket

I added small patriotic pillar candles in votive cups to the table.

Photobucket

A Blue Hour shot with the candle burning.

Photobucket

One last shot of the table with the candles lit for dinner.

dream...looks very patriotic! Love the red flatware & the stacked placesettings. Curly ribbon, candles & stars...who could ask for anything more! Also, the 'Blue Hour' shot, very cool! Good to see you posting! Jeanne S.

The print on the napkins is great. Did you make them?

I like all the candle light as well.

Pretty table, Dream, and I'm really glad you popped in to share with us. I check out your blog to keep an eye on you. ;o) And I always check BNOTP tablescapes on Thurs. You do such lovely tables.
The red beaded placemats are neat, and I especially like how you did this centerpiece. Ribbons n roses...pretty!
Wonderful candles too.

hugs, Karen
