25th Anniversary

Twenty five years ago today DD2 and her husband were married.
They chose this date to honor my parents who were married on this day in 1940.
They hoped it would bring them good luck.
I think it did.

I used blue with the silver because the bridesmaids wore pretty blue flowered summer dresses, and the groomsmen wore blue ties.
I planned to use fresh white roses but none were available
this week at the grocery store where I get my fresh flowers.

Well tell the kids congrats from me. Hope they got to see the
beautiful table you set to honor their day. Love it that they
were married on the same day as grandparents. You used
your parents flatware they received on their 25th anniversary.
How special is that!

So many pretties on this table. The cobalt blue vase is a show
stopper to me. Enjoyed this setting clear down to the bee for
DSIL.

Love The Sentiment of Being Married on the Grandparents Anniversary Date, and that you used their 25th silver ware for the table!

DD and DSIL did see the table, and they were pleased.
I'm glad I found the Bee they got a kick out of it.
I hope everyone it enjoying summer. It has been beautiful here.

I love the shades of blue & roses look real enough to do the trick. Glad DD & hubby got to see the special table you did for them. Hope they have many many more years together! Jan
