Never too early too early to think about Christmas

I made these ornaments last year by using wooden embrodery hoops and thrift store pajamas. Loved the way they looked on the tree. My favorite is the little dog.

So I am now on the lookout for more hoops which I've been able to purchase at various thrift stores from free to 35 cents.

How clever! I love that you could do a small tree with very small hoops or big ones for a huge tree!

Years ago when my DD was little we used to do a craft tree with all our little creations..seeing these reminds me of that time..

I always enjoy seeing homemade crafts. These are
so sweet. Hope you find alot more hoops while out
thrifting. Do you yard sale or how about running an
add on craigslist for these? Good luck on your hunt
and hope you will continue to post with us.

Ditto on the other's comments. Really neat idea, and looks like an easy craft too. My favorite kind, LOL.
The little dog is my favorite too.

Thanks for sharing this idea. I need to save it in our Inspiration album.

Love this idea! I have some old flannel nightgowns that don't fit or are worn in places but have hung on to them thinking "I can do something with these." Now I know what! I'm a long time lurker but seldom post. Love this warm & welcoming forum.
