Easter Decorations from the Prodigal Daughter......

Hi Everyone!

I have been seriously been MIA for a while, but I have been looking at your posts and commenting when I can. DH and I have been busy. Our DD moved into her own place back in August and we have pretty much done something to most of the rooms in our house. Ha! Seriously, we have renovated our living room, dining room, one bath, DD's old bedroom and study and now we're taking a break.

I'll post the Living room Reno in a separate thread, but here is what I came up with for Easter this year.

This is my Easter Cloche:

My Dining Room Buffet:
The only new item is the bunny hanging on the mirror. It came from a new store called "And That!" I understand it is the same as CTS shops.

This is my Chick Family. Mr. and Mrs. came from And That and my little chicks are actually candles. I've had them for years....who would burn a chick?!

Here's one view of the dining room. We stripped the wallpaper off and painted in there. Looks very different. Miss my floral paper, but it was literally falling off the walls.

Marlene, you've done an outstanding job decorating for
Easter. Beautiful cloche you made. That blue bunny
stole my heart!

The buffet is so darn cute with everything on it. The new
bunny looks great hanging on the mirror. And then along
comes the 'Chick Family' that is so SWEET! I have some
eggs but all that's in them is candles. No cute little chicks
inside like yours. Birds are cute too.

Your table looks lovely too. Are those real flowers? We
don't have anything blooming here yet. So fun to see
your Easter decor. Glad you took a break from working
and found time to play with us.

Don't know how you found the energy to decorate after all the work on the house, but I'm SO glad you did. The chicks are delightful, but that cloche.......ohhhhh!! Love it.

All the blue you used is perfect for me, that is my favorite color for Easter.

Marlene, what a fantastic job decorating! Yes, love the Blue Bunny! And the new hanging one is so cute! You much have had a ball doing all this, it looks wonderful!! Great Job! Hope Daughter is helping with all the redecorating! LOL

OH my, Marlene, you have been busy! I love your dining room .... it is beautiful! Love the 'blues' you've used ~~ & the branches in the table vase. Cute, cute lil' bunnies around your house.

That cloche is beautiful...& I'm thinking I would love your 'About That' store! That bunny on the mirror is awesome... a great place for it! Very Springy, Marlene...great job! ~~Jeanne S.
