International Women's Day

This is a repeat tablescape. I've turned it into a political statement!
Proceed with caution.

This year's theme is Connecting Girls, Inspiring Futures.

OA. I enjoyed this post the first time and I'm lovin it even more now.
I really love the expression on the kicker's face.
YAY Girl Power!!

RE: International Women's Day

I remember this table, OA ...& love your creativity here for your DGD' players!!! Those Cabbage Patch dolls are $Priceless! (& how wonderful that they've been recycled by Santa to your GD's!)

Good taste in colors (your GD's choices) & you've carried the R/B theme delightfully...the plates, polka dot linens, bowls ...everything!

Hey I was the same age as you back in '62
Where girls just played intermural sports ...
With friends of all sorts ...
So it's fun these 50 yrs later
To see girls become the 'real' players!

You rock, OA! Great t'scape! Jeanne S.

I remember enjoying this cute TS when you first
posted it.
It's so creative and still fun to see.

Thanks, gals. Glad to hear you all weren't too bored. I've sort of got on my high horse these past few days and couldn't resist turning the tablescape into something more than it originally was. Anyway, thanks for taking a second look.

Jeanne, you really ARE old! HA!

RE: International Women's Day

I can look at your work a second time, and a third and a fourth!!

RE: International Women's Day

OA, we're on the same side re that political commentary. My initial thought when this all broke is that they've made a HUGE mistake... they've *ticked off* women!!!

RE: International Women's Day

That made me smile ear to ear.

OA, perfect table for IWD! I loved this table when you shared before. Wonderful list. Your teaching skills came out on that one!!!

For some reason my google acct is not letting me sign on your blog. I'll work on that when I have more time.
