St Paddy's Table

phonegirl

I had planned on going out to dig out my leprechaun and gas
pump for this years table but it's been way to cold. Sounds
like winter is not giving up this year. I picked up this brand
new ivy throw at a ys for $2. Thought it would go with my
ivy dishes. This is what I ended up with.

Candles lit for Jeanne. I remembered to add my Irish coffee
stems but they don't show up w/o coffee.darn

TJ has her very own little violet cup and saucer and a
'Pot of Gold.'

Here's a few close ups of the buffet that sits behind the
table. And the decorated bird cage for Karen.

Chandy got some garland a few glass ornaments. Blessing
plate in the center. Wayne Kleski leprechauns joined again
this year. Still love them ($1 ea at DD's neighbors ys a few
years ago)

Hope you enjoy seeing some early St Pat's decor.

Pretty table scape with the Bordallo Plates, layered napkins and festive
accessories.. Your hutch..once again looks amazing.
TS Ivy throw looks great and was a nice idea for a tablecloth..also the Price!!!.
TJ looks cute ...love her little 'pot of Gold' and her sweet little Violet Cup
and saucer. Those little vignettes in the Bell Jars are adorable.
It has been so cold to be out for any length of time....I think everyone who's
experiencing it, can't wait for Spring !
Thanks for sharing your lovely St Paddy's table...Punk...you Rock!

No wonder TJ looks so happy....I would be too with that pretty table setting and all the surrounding decorations.
I like her purple boa too.

Sweet you lit the candles for Jeanne. And showed me the birdcage. Its got such a cute shape, like an old fashioned street lamp?

I'm hoping you'll be inspiration for me to get my St Paddy stuff out this time. Maybe this weekend. :)
    hugs, Karen

Your St. Paddy's table and buffet are so festive, Punk.
It's great to see Green after all the white stuff we have around here.
Using the Ivy throw was genius. It is perfect on your table.
The Wayne Kleski Leprechauns are so cute. They are a fun addition.
I always enjoy seeing TJ. She looks adorable and she really loves being part of the celebration.
I put up my St Patrick's tree and got the Leprechauns out, but I don't have any ideas for a table yet.
Thanks for sharing, Punk You really brightened my day!!

Jane, thanks for your teaching abilites, I've learned I can
use turkey plates on this table and pretend they are bunnies,
by covering them up!ha Another thanks for the comment on
my little vignettes in the Bell Jars.

Karen, my heart would be so Happy if this inspires you
to decorate for St Paddys! You have so many wonderful
things to share. Thanks for your comments on TJ's Purple
scarf and the decorated bird cage.

Nana, great to hear you've got your tree decorated and the
leprechauns are out! They are mischievous at times so hope
you catch them and they lead you to the treasue! Will be fun
to see them and what you come up with for your ts.

Thanks for all your effort keeping our Holiday forum a fun
place to come! I always look forward to seeing what your
up to. I agree we've had enough of this White stuff. Mother
Nature has us under storm watch again here.

That throw is perfect for your St. Patrick's Day table and TJ looks ready for St. Pat's or with a tweak, for Mardi Gras. She's obviously a girl who loves parties.

F2BH, thanks for the comments. Jeanne has taught us
to play w/dolls again! I love having her and she's always
    ready for another party.haha

I always think I'm going to do a Mardi Gras ts but never
seem to do it. I have collected a few things through the
years so one of these years I may surprise all of us.

Catching up on your posts that I missed, punk!

Oh wow...that throw makes a wonderful t'cloth! Perfect! & of course, the candlelight looks grand to me for the centerpc! I love how you used a combo w/the napkins, too & they look so pretty the way you displayed them.

Stacked place settings ~~ always a hit! & looks like you added the 'luck of the Irish' on each one. TJ is just looking so cheery...love the purple wrap scarf! & her clover placemat ... that violet patterned cup is devine.

Love the close-up shots of the cloches & the bird cage... just cute as can be ...& more candles (no surprise)! That buffet w/your chandie decor (last photo shot) is great! Everything looks very Irish! ;-) ~~Jeanne S.

Nana, was great to see some posts from Candy
    huh?

Jeanne, thank you sooo much for all the sweet
comments. You never miss any thing! I always
think of you when lighting things up. I have
more of the battery operated candles that I should
    bring out.

Same thing w/my lighted pussy willows, stems and
flowers. Alot of my plugins are behing my cabs
but nothing an extension cord can't fix. Just get
lazy and call it good most of the time.haha

Thanks again and take care of yourself gf.
