Breaking into Fort Knox

Does any one know how to, or can you direct me to a site, that will explain how to remove, and replace the radio in a 2001 Hyundai Accent. I bought my wife a new stereo for Christmas, and can't even get the old one out.

did you search online.
first one I found was debateable for model yr but anyhow...

there are a couple screws behind the ashtray, and 3 wires for the climate control system to unhook, 2 under the driver's side and one under the passenger's side, as well as several wire harnesses when you start to pull it out

depending on the head unit you might have to trim the opening for the face plate to fit through properly

bob411 theres a couple of hyundai forums, iam sure someone at one of those could shed some light on it. try the elantraclub they deal mostly with elantras, but also get into the other models.

I've been asked if you MUST bring plants to trade? The answer is definitely NO! We will have lots of material there from several large collections and will find something you'll like to take home. Please plan on joining us! The only cost is the $1 admission to the tropical garden and if you choose to have lunch with us (please do) there is a small charge for the sandwiches and drinks we are having brought in from a local sandwich shop.
