| driver side does not heat. pass side does. relay clicks under pass seat but does not click for drivers. fuses for both seats are ok. swapped relays. new relay will not click for drivers side. if element wire is broke on driver side, will that have any effect on relay clicking? could it be the console switch for seat heat? |

| caddy tech said relay should click every 4-5 secs if element is burnt out. he said a failed relay and bad element is not a common failure mode. almost always is a bad element. |
