| Hi Folks,
The knob that directs the air flow on my wife's 2000 Daewoo Lanos seems to have become detatched from the cable or rod behind the dash that connects it to the flaps that direct the air flow, meaning that whatever position it is in the air always blows out the main vents into your face. That is no big disaster now but in winter when she can't direct hot air to the windscreen it will be a big problem. Does anyone know if it is a big job to fix this? I've had a look and can't even work out how to take this part of the facia apart, don't want to bugger about too much without research in case I break something else in the process. She'd bloody kill me if I did that. |
