My seat belt is strangling me

I'm vertically challenged and my seat belt, even adjusted as low as it will go, cuts me right across the neck. Does anyone know where I can get some sort of gizmo to change the angle of the belt?

Search google for "seat belt adjuster" and you'll find a bunch of similar products from various sources.

Its OK to be vertically challenged but I dont know by how much you personally are challenged, see about one of those things that are for kids in the front seat, or maybe even the back. This may workfor you too, sorry I do not know what they are called but You get the drift.
