| funny how common it is to see burned up mid-engine cars on the internet. must be the elaborate cooling systems that fail and perhaps cause engine compartment temps to rise? you see lots of front engine exotic cars that are crashed into things but very few burned ones. my dad sold kit cars years ago and we had a mid-engine model with a olds toronado 455 mounted behind the seat. never felt comfortable driving that thing. kept worrying it might want to crush me in an accident. |
