Are you faithful to one gas station or gas brand?

Before the gas prices hit the roof I would drive out of my way for a Shell station. And pay a few cents extra a gallon. Now that weÂre still over $3.00 a gallon I have been cheating and going closer to home for cheaper gas.

I'm not faithful to gasoline brands. I'm a lot more faithful to stations that I like, such as those that have convenient in and out access, wide lanes between the pumps so it doesn't become a traffic jam in there, well maintained and stocked towel dispensers, and window washing water that's kept replenished.

I do not believe there is much, if any, difference between gasoline brands, so I'll go to the off-brand stations if they are nice in the ways I mentioned above. I do avoid gas with ethanol in it if I can because my vehicles get poorer gas mileage on that than they do on straight gasoline.

nope, they all use the same fungable product, theres no diff. when we pump gasoline say shell for instance it goes to all companys, same with marathon,citgo,and the rest, so buy whatever is cheapest, its all the same. also no need to spring for premium if you dont need it same detergents go in all grades

Try looking up "indigent". I work for a city that owns several cemeteries. We get a few calls a year about indigent cases. In my experience, the coroner's office will do their best to track down any relatives. If they find any but no one will claim the body, or if they don't find any, within a certain period of time they will have the body cremated. Since this person is already at the funeral home I'm not sure what will happen. I find it hard to believe a funeral home would've picked up a body without a relative to give them the details on what was going to be done. Just in picking up a body there are costs involved in transportation and the container to put them in. If your relative just planned to get donations for the burial she must not've told the funeral home that. They are, after all, in the business to make money.

The home I updated and sold for my mother was built in 1977. There was some deferred maintenance to tackle and since neither my brother or I had lived there to know just what we were selling (mother moved to a senior apartment), we had it inspected. With the list of things that would need to be corrected for possible FHA or VA financing, CO detector was included. Sale of property (Washington State) CO Detectors in Homes 26 states require carbon monoxide detectors in private dwellings via state statute: Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia (via adoption of the International Residential Code), Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Certain states limit the installation to buildings with fossil-fuel burning devises, others only require the devise be installed upon sale of the property or unit. ..so to round up, if I'm allowed to do so-one can already see what parenthood looks like) Whatever a mother (or parents) will do-some won't like it or would do it differently. Sometimes as a society, sometimes as a community, and sometimes, in her own family. (and latter is very often..saying it as a loving daughter who's just back from visiting her Mom)) So dear Beagles, you know that you make your decisions in a way that seems right to you, under circmustances that are best known to you, with knowledge and considerations available to you in the moment, and with love, and hope, and faith-because that's what we basically have with us when we make this big decision to give a life to somebody. Who is born into a certain family, certain times, certain place, you name it. You chose for him-but plenty of things were chosen for you too. You have a limited amount of control, and you do with it the best you can. "Perfect" doesn't exist anyway and one shouldn't strive for it imo. Good enough is great though because it is full of life, real life-and it is achievable. So you pick up a book that makes sense for you, so to say( to me was Dr. Spock-and I'm fully aware many others hated him, but I found him incredibly calming. Maybe Ukranian trabslation did its magic? lol)and try to worry less.(obviously "a book" can be a theory, a bunch of ideas, a gut feeling, an example you were impressed with, and many other things. Said "a book" to make it shorter) I imagine it's very overwhelming to hear so many opinions at once at the time when one is so vulnerable and has to decide fast. It's overwhelming to me-and I dodn't have to make any decision)) Again, I'm barbaric so I did the procedure, and healing went well. If I was not barbaric maybe I wouldn't even think of doing the procedure, and it'd be just as fine, and then I wouldn't be able to describe my anecdotal evidence of how the healing went, so that's my very limited and modest input. I did it, and in our case, healing went well. I'm surrounded both by people who were circumsized and these who were not (starting with my own immediate family)-and that's not what makes a major difference, neither to me, nor, as far as I can judge, (or from what I could ask) to them. Not in daily life, not to their characters, not to nothing the sharp human eye like mine may discern)) Whatever you do/don't in this case..the chance it will be fine either way is huge. Hugs, April

I've been reading here for a long time. I came onboard shortly after one no longer had to worry about being sent to Disney for misbehaving. I have a "thing" for people who can't tell the difference between a fact vs. an opinion. I believe this is the cause of a lot of problems in our country. Way too many people can't tell the difference - and even worse, sometimes believe their opinions are actually facts, and it leads to all kinds of interesting stuff. Elmer, you are a very intelligent man. I agree with you more often than I disagree. I also hold you in high regard because I've never seen you confuse fact vs. opinion. I was secretly pleased when you changed your name because I was hoping there was something symbolic in giving up the old one. What I find interesting is that I have recurrently seen you shrug and walk away when someone posts something as a fact, which is in fact wrong. For whatever reason, the only time I've ever seen you take thinly-veiled shots at people is over opinions. Belittling people over a difference of opinion is the work of a facile mind. You are smarter than that. My one wish for the KT is that you would find it in your good graces to stop taking little jabs at people when you disagree with them on a subjective matter. You are intelligent enough to know this has nothing to do with the difference of opinion per se, but rather the way you express it.

I go for a combination of cheepest I can find and easiest station to get in and out of. I won't wait in a mob with 30 cars when I can drive down the street, pay 2 cents more per gallon and be on my way. Hope the price goes down. Tomorrow sometime will be fill up day for me again.

I patronize two stations in particular. One is the nearest one that carries "B20" -- diesel fuel that is 20% biodiesel. The car runs better on it and it's that much less oil that has to be imported. The other station is the one I use when it is not convenient to get to the biodiesel station -- and I go there because they move a lot of diesel fuel and it's always fresh and cheaper than at many stations along the freeways. That does make me fairly price-insensitive.

NOPE!! I go for the Cheap stuff. The local HESS station is normally the cheapest. i wont go to a place thats dirty and rough looking though. Never had a problem with HESS gas. Same MPG as Shell.

I try to stick with BP just because thats what I buy localy.When I buy from different areas I look for a station that appears to sell a lot of gas.I avoid the ones that look like they get a dozen customers a day.That way I know the gas is not old.Also if they set in a low area I avoid them to lessen the chances of gas with water contamination.

Nissan told me to stay away from BP. I've heard many oxygen sensor problems due to BP gas and Nissans.

its all the same pawprint1, bp uses everybodys gas, so do the rest of the companys, they trade product back and forth all day everyday.

I don't even have to leave the house to have a personal gas problem! However, I do buy whatever is cheapest for my car.
