Tina, Don't know a lot about roses, but have dealt with blackspot. The house I moved into 5 yrs ago had a rosebush in front, and there are not gutters on front of house. It had blackspot, and the beetles ate the leaves until there was nothing left. I tried a few organic methods for getting rid of blackspot, and nothing worked- the site was the main factor. However, neighbor had blackspot on same kind of rosebush, and it was out in the open yard. I finally pulled up the rosebush, sad, but it was a losing battle and an eyesore. Thought I'd plant something in its place, something that liked moisture. I think I put black plastic on soil to try to "kill" any spores. Anyway, planted a spicebush there last fall. This year it has some kind of dx, probably fungal. Yeah, it could be the location. I wouldn't put another rose plant where that one was if I were you, but if you love roses there is a forum on here and maybe they can help you out. One day, when I own my own home, it will have gutters on the front and I will find a rose not susceptible to blackspot...... Yeah, in our humidity fungal dx is an issue, at least it's been for me. They used the same VIN#. That was one of the things they doubled checked. They were so mad they called Carfax and complained. And asked for a refund. Carfax response was, Well you can't expect us to know every detail about the car. So they ask how come the other company was able to come up with info that Carfax wasn't able to. Their response was, Well maybe they use a different search criteria than we use. The car had 3 different owner and Carfax didn't have that. There was a discrepency on the mileage. Carfax didn't have that. The car had been in an accident. Carfax didn't have that. The car had a new Title issued due to a lost Title. Carfax didn't have that. So the info that other company came up with had to come from the DMV and Insurance info. So how come Carfax didn't come up with it. So the final response was, we can only give you the info we have. And no we will not give you a refund. Other than that I don't know what to tell you. Do you think they got What they paid for? If they hadn't checked with another company I would say yes. But now You be the judge.

I just wish as many people would rave about their good experiences online. I usually have to ask my clients to do reviews for me on Houzz and Google. I don't have a problem with online reviews...it's the way of the future. But you have to be careful still, you can't believe everything you read online, especially with the anonymous reviews! People are more likely to stick to FACTS if their name is on it. The only problem I have with this post is the dealer should have the opportunity to give feedback, like on BBB website. In 30 years, I've had two negative posts on BBB, neither which ever actually bought from me. They both complained that the price was too high. I was able to reply to each and explain why their prices went up. So, please remember to post the nice reviews when you've had a good experience. Kompy

There is no doubt many more people are infected and doing just fine, so I would think the government would want as many tests done as possible, to be able to say that the risks and mortality rate are much lower than anticipated. By not doing the tests you are actually overstating the problem. I just don't think getting medical tests out to the whole country is as easy as it sounds ... we can't even get paper products in some areas!
