If not Armor All, what?

In the old days I used to be an Armor All-aholic. Clean the interior with a heavy duty grease cutter and then coat generously with the Armor All. Since then, I've grown out of my vanity somewhat but still see the need for some kind of protection. So what if I clean the dash to the bone only to expose it to harmful elements? It is my understanding that although Armor All is a good protecting agent, it is addicting to your interior. Once applied you must always maintain protection with the stuff. Like I said, I'm not so big into a fancy-schmancy look out of my car but I do want to maintain its appearance somewhat.

Anybody here know what I'm talking about? If so, what are the alternatives, besides fading and cracking in the sun?
