| I see the vw 2.0 turbo and the audi 2.0 turbo both make 200hp. the new sonata turbo 2.0 is supposed to make 270hp? i am not sure if it is direct injection but that sounds like a nice step up from the other motors. is that gain probably due to just running more boost? |

| About 17.5" of boost from a dual scroll turbo charger that is cast right into the stainless steel exhaust manifold. It is direct injected, and of course like most engines today has variable cam timing. BTW none of this would be possible without the advanced computer controls on today's engines. |
