Wing Windows not working on Honda Minivan

| Dealer wants to charge $150 to just look at it. I can hear humming noise from one of the wing windows. So I assume it is not a broken wire or fuse. I checked the fuse box already.
How much does this usually cost to repair? I assume the motor needs to be replaced. I am not sure if anyone can repair this other than the dealer. |

| Maybe its just stuck. Wing windows can become adhered to the seals when they have not been moved for a long time. |
