Found it. Bad solder joint on the latch pin of the relay.

Think everyone has it & can make it happen by flexing something back where the ear enters the throat cavity. I also tried once to explain (difficult to do, isn't it?!)to the ENT doctor what I was curious about & he said it was normal but I don't believe he gave it a name either. Swallowing at times will do it but usually it is flexing some muscles on either side of the throat/ear inside. I assume the clicking is on both sides? Mine is. Interesting though, isn't it?! I do also have tinnitis though but don't believe it has anything to do with the 'clicking'. SO.... it is perfectly normal I understand & I'd assume everyone has it or can do it!

Well that can be a blessing and a curse... warranty repairs are the least desirable of jobs and even more so for equipment that company 'b' didn't put in. Company 'b' doesn't have anything to gain. A tech gets paid less to do warranty work. Time is money, not only for the company involved but also the tech they send. Because their company didn't install the equipment, this will likely give you the feeling of getting a run around. This type of mentality is very common in my area of service... I've never run service in Florida, but I suspect it will be quite similar. Plan on getting a run around going this route and it very well could wind up being just as bad or worse than what you've already experienced with your current service provider. With that said, I'm different because if you live in Katy, Texas I won't send you a tech. I will come myself. In many cases that is a huge difference.

Ignition systems going "Wonky" defined. I didn't want to get into too much detail when I wrote Wonky. I was in a hurry at that moment. Spark systems need to have the power follow the right path to work correctly. The right path in this situation is the power needs to come in on the Line side of the spark module and exit out the Neutral side. This will generate a high voltage spark current to travel down the igniter wire which will jump across a gap in front of the gas tube oven burner. When the flame lights it allow a small amount of current flow to travel through the flame to ground to tell the igniter that the flame is lit and to stop generating a spark. (This is flame rectification) If the power is brought in through the neutral side of the spark module (reversed polarity) this creates an issue for the flame rectification circuit which is the most likely reason your spark module would spark once and then quit. Not all range products use Flame rectification. These are the products that will keep sparking until the knob is turned past the ignition mark.
