| My xgf from years ago restored, and helped rebuild the engine on her 1962 Stude GT Hawk. She sold it just before we met so I never got to see it, but she had lots of pictures. It was red inside and out, with a built-from-parts R2 engine (even though they weren't available until '63-64 from the factory) and some interior pieces cobbled from a '63 as well. Just a beautifully proportioned car that still looks contemporary today, all the more amazing since the body dates from 1953 with just few modifications since then. I would have loved to see it in person. These pix are from Wikipedia, it looked similar.
