Giving Thanks

Hello Everyone:
I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for sharing your wisdom, experience, and warm, compassionate, wonderful hearts with me this year. I don't know what I would have done without you. There were many days and nights that I felt so alone in my caring for my mom and so overwhelmed. I had so many different feelings...joy, warmth, sadness, rage, resentment, guilt, you name it, I felt it, but you were always here to help me to understand and manage through the time. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, I will never forget any of you. I hope your holiday season is filled with joy and a sense of calm and peace. I know it's difficult for some of us, with what we are going through at this point in our lives, but if we take a moment, I think we all can find something to be thankful and grateful for. I give thanks and am so grateful for all of you....bless you,
Mimi

RE: Giving Thanks

Mimi, how beautiful. Blessings to you and your family. I know this year has been so hard for you.

I was thinking this weekend of how tired I was, but how very BLESSED I was to be this tired, for it was because so many people wanted to share their holiday with me and I was all over the place. Since Mom died, I've always been afraid that I might have to spend a holiday alone. I've been touched by how many people think of me. I feel so rich -- the kind of rich that no money can ever buy.

I hope you are feeling well, and have peace in your heart today.
