Missing

Another dish missing. Small cereal bowl. It was here yesterday. A lightening like search of all rooms and every single drawer and cupboard in the house plus both freezers and the refer - nope. Dishwasher either.

Presumably it was used and there must be a spoon with it. I'll just add it to the list including the serrated paring knife that was here day before yesterday.

Did you look in garbage, recycling, pool, etc.

RE: Missing

You'll find it among the single socks.

My car keys went missing.I looked everywhere. Obviously I hadn't left them at the restaurant where I ate lunch, because I had driven home. So I knew they were in the car, in the yard or in the house. Many hours and several checks of all 3 locations. I said a prayer to St. Anthony (Catholics believe he helps find lost things) Then I made one last pass through my kitchen, spotted them on a chair seat. An awful lot of time and energy used, however.

Look in the fridge, that is where Mrs Pickles found her husbands socks. LOL

Did you ever find the missing dish?

Yes. Just yesterday afternoon about 3:30 I just happened to glance at the wood stove. I recall a neighbor brought Margy the flowers. Hidden in plain sight. :-)

Might have caught it sooner but haven't used the wood stove this winter yet - rather afraid to. She might clean out the ashes and not be as super careful as needs be as in Super.
