Thank you all re: Dad's declining

To all:

Thanks to all of you for your support regarding my father's illness & death. His final day was when I received the support I needed.

We've had our service & interment yesterday. We've done all the cleaning of his apt & now I'm going through pictures.

Such good memories.

Thanks all for the Replies. I forgot to mention that this is my first year gardening, so I'm a bit on the beginner side. My first gardening area just turned out too small, then the second area wasn't enough. So I made a third, fourth and a fifth. I have crops all over the place (they do look great). That is why the fence idea was ruled out, just too much ground to cover. The other day, I caught him going into my shed. I closed the door on him and tried to figure out how I was going to remove him without having to kill it. Well, next thing I know, he somehow pushed the shed doors open (it was latched) and escaped. I have a burrow in my yard, I believe that the shed and my yard is their vacation home. Their place of residence is my neighbors yard. I could always lay stone all the way around my yard, but I would need a lot. (its at least close to 1000 feet of fence. I'm going to get a trap and trasfer them to a much nicer place far away from my garden.

Sorry to hear they couldn't come. I was happy to help, as I'm sure everyone else was. I had a thought the other day, too. I have an aunt who is allergic to artificial sweeteners. Please, everyone, make sure you tell anyone who eats something made with them thata it's in there! She gets heart palpitations if she eats it. Heart problems run in the family. She thought she was having a heart attack when it happened. The artificial sweeteners certainly have their place, but we still need to be careful with them. Tami

(((((Stacy))))) As a new member here, I am glad to meet you and I wish you only success in your life. And going to Disney is a wonderful fun place to relax and be a kid again. I'm not sure what the cyber tea cups are, but they seem to have a negatative connotation when mentioned, so perhaps I am best not knowing. LOL But I can vouch for the Disney tea cups, they are great and exciting way to enjoy the Disney experience. Enjoy your vacation. Helen
