I thought I wasn't alone. I answered all the questions in the survey, maybe 10 different areas as vaguely as possible without providing any info. I'm guessing that most sites rely on advertisers to keep them up and running so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I guess it could be worse. I LOVE this site and wouldn't want to jeopardize being removed from all the incredible and insightful information everyone has provided. It's just a shame that they allow that obnoxious banner ad.

Sad to say, this state does very little recycling so everything goes into the dumpster. They have tried but the larger companies make it so hard and so expensive that the local businesses just don't do it. It cost too much to take the stuff out of state. We do have one place in Minot, but they charge too much to handle electronic stuff, and many time the box bins are stuffed and overflowing all over the ground. Never know when they are open. Operated by the job corps so help is sometimes very good and other times no good at all.

Actually, what really irritates me is when people have a subject line of "A Kitchen Question" or "Help", because, this is a kitchen forum, obviously it's a kitchen question, and if you're asking a question, obviously you want help!! Similarly, I regularly check craigslist "Free" items, and I am equally annoyed when the subject line is "Free". DUH! A general request to the world: Have subject lines that give readers some idea of the content inside! Otherwise I won't bother opening "A Kitchen Question", unless I'm really, really, really bored. Nice tips, bmore. Wonder if I can use that same technique with Firefox. Have to look into that. Tamara responded to my complaint, stating that she had reported the problem this morning and a fix should be in place soon. She also told me that generally these types of ads should only appear once per session. If only they were that infrequent! I even had the Duracell ad show up on the message preview page and I've never seen an ad there before - not even when we were dealing with the underlined green word hyperlinks mess. Oh, scratch that. I just noticed the Dove bleed-in ad from the right when I previewed my reply. At least it's not nearly as annoying as Duracell or Penney's ads. I've seen the Penney's ad once so far today but no Duracell ad. I'm hoping they've gone away for good.
