| Part D, I think. Anyway, Mother got the form in the mail, but she has Tricare, which is retired military, and it is a great drug plan.
My question is, if I know that she doesn't benefit from the other plan, and may not even qualify, do I still need to fill out the form anyway? Thanks. Helene |

| Helene...I don't know the answer to your question. But there are Medicare info phone numbers you can call with questions. One thing I discoered while trying to help my mother is that since HIPPA, you have to have a letter on file with Medicare specifying that you can discuss your Mom's account. If you guys do not have this on file, I would suggest writing it ASAP, while she can understand it and sign her name. Hope someone else has the answer you need. Derry |
