Derry, I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner. Go over to the Garden Web Gardening sections and post on the Southwestern gardening forums. There is bound to be someone on those forums that can write in Spainish.

Derry, another thought, if the patients in your hospital are more from Cuba and the Caribbean, The Florida Forum might be a better spot. I thought it was interesting that your hospital was trying to encourage the bilingual nurses. Someone might be delighted to work with you if the knew what you were doing. They might be a little skiddish about someone just wanting a pen pal.

There is also a Spanish Forum, but I think that they would most likely have poorer English skills so that might not work as well.
