How are you and your Mom doing? Haven't heard from you in a while...I hope everything is going well.

No, everything isn't going well. Mother is in th hsopital. Nusing home said she collapsed Sunday morning. Was sitting in wheel chair and fell over. She is going thru the usual tests. Thank you for asking.

Pearl, it's so hard to see the decline of one's precious mother... May God give them wisdom how to care for her... I pray you are doing better since she's been in the NH. You've surely endeavored to do your best for her. ~breezy

This is a two part question; Firstly, can anyone speak to the quality of this product? And how it compares to pebble sheen? (The sunstone pearl is already an upgrade and to upgrade further to pebble sheen would only cost an additional $2000 but my PB is advising me against it saying its a waste of $ and unnecessary.) And secondly, is anyone familiar with this color (blue pearl by sunstone pearl) and how it looks? Is it similar to any of the pebble sheen/tec colors? I'm clueless about all of this but see pebble sheen/tec posted everywhere and rarely, if ever, see SunStone being talked about....

Try doing a search on Sunstone on this forum - several members have used it. Or, try googling "Sunstone Pearl". I came across several sites that had pics, expecially poolworksltd.com and aquavations.com. One of the pb's we had considered offered this, so I had scanned the internet for pics. It seems like a nice product - pretty stones and very smooth. Good Luck!

Great comparison picture, you can't dispute the difference in shape! I too like Red Pearl a little more and luckily I do have one. I've never been successful bringing seedpods to fruition though, they fool you for about 3 weeks and then shrivel! Benfica on the other hand has set seeds for me. Donna

Pearl, I am sorry to hear about your Mom...I hope they find out what is going on with her...please let us know. Did she ever adjust to the nursing home or was that still a problem for her? I hope your health is OK, I know you must be worried sick about your Mom...
