| I came across a new book " I Need To Scream! Would Anyone Even Hear Me? (a personal caregiver's survival guide) written by Lorraine Valyo Davis and avail on line- just put in a search for title or author. It is a personal account written by a caregiver and also a handbook on how to survive as a caregiver. It's a thin paperback/handbook, a quick read and it is inexpensive under $10. I hope you can get a chance to check it out. |
