Green Eyes granite--anyone have pictures?

I am thinking of putting this in my kids' bathroom on their vanities, but I have not viewed it in person yet. How does it compare to green butterfly or verdura? And, how does it look honed? thanks.

The kitchen table 4rth over in images is pretty.

Here is a link that might be useful: green eyes granite

My opinion is not for a kids vanity or at least not what I would consider for a kid's room. I mean it's pretty but so growny..lol.

I don't know what other counter top material you would suggest. Green granite is for grown-ups only? ;)

I know it's almost taboo, but you may want to consider Corian for your kids' bath, it's softer...anything dropped on granite will break.

Corian is at least 50% pricier around here compared to granite.

I went with corian in our master bath and am very happy....seamless sink, much warmer and softer than granite and I think it's good looking and very durable.

I would think that unless you are selecting a very common granite, prices would be comparable with corian.

Also taboo to mention, I'm sure, but for kids, I would consider a high end formica type product...it too is durable soft and warm. The high def types can be very attractive.

Corian is off pantent and there are a lot of different makers out there producing the same material without the brand name. A knockoff Corian will be about half of the price of a premium granite like Green Eyes unless you are getting a granite remnant for free. It will also be more functonal for kids.

i have granite in all my kids bathrooms. NO problems whatsoever. It is a rock after all....
