Sinking porch repair

We are buying a new home and the front porch is sinking. It has settled approximately 1 inch towards the house. It has a brick surrond which is cracked where it meets the house.

The porch is approximately 130 ft. it has six pillars supporting a small roof overhang

Local foundation repair gave estimate of $9000 to mud jack and place pillars

For the home inspector there's no current sign of leaking although in the past boards in the floor behind the area you can see from the basement have been replaced

The house has a finished basement so obviously we don't want to risk any damage to the actual basement foundation of which there is currently none.

Given such a high estimate we were considering having a general contractor give an estimate to demolish the current porch fill properly and repour

any thoughts from everybody else
