Roof Leak

Hey experts

So, my new build home about 6 months old (which you all gave so much input to) has a roof leak. There is a downward inclined valley (from high to lower elevation) over our bay window and where the roof hits the siding of the house there is a leak. Our builder is saying it is because we have not had the gutters cleaned and there were leaves in the valley. However even after they have been cleaned out the leak is still there. Thoughts?

Yeah my thoughts are your builder has no idea what he is doing or he could care less about servicing his customers and his work. Get him back to do a real inspection. As you have determined the water is coming from somewhere!

There's a mistake in the flashing and a repair or re-flashing is needed.
