| I used Porcelain tile made by Monocibec. Model Graal in the color Arras. Several of the trades people working on our house thought it was travertine. |

| Fantastic recommendation. Hadn't heard of that one. Do you have any pics from your house? Looking forward to hearing others recommendations. |
|
| Sorry, don't do pics online, but there was another poster on THS that used this tile in their kitchen and bathroom about 2 years ago. A search of the tile name might come up with some stuff. |

| We did a vein-cut travertine look in our shower. It's the San Michele tile from Dal Tile. They also have it in a cross-cut pattern and there are three colors to choose from. The cross-cut is available in 12x12in., 18x18in., and 24x24in. sizes. The vein cut tile is only available in a 12x24in. size. There are a couple coordinating accent tiles too. We love it so much that we're putting in the new house that we're building! Hope this helps! :-) |

| Any other thoughts? Suggestions? Can't believe only 2 GWers have something to share! |
|
| I am attaching A photo of part of my kitchen floor. I have a porcelain tile floor that sort of has a travertine look, maybe with more movement in it. If you are interested, I'll go back through my file to find the name of it and post it later. |

| Downsy, I think you are the one that has the Monocibec Graal Arras I mentioned a few posts above!! Didn't you use it in a bathroom too? |
|
| No, I can't remember the name of the tile but I'm sure it's not the one you mentioned. It's an Italian tile by isla but I'll have to go look up my paperwork to find the actual tile name. I looked on their website and didn't find it. |

| Of course! Love your tile as well. I would love to know who makes it and the model name. |
|
| Now that I'm on the main computer instead of my ipad, I can look up the link to the company who made the tile, and I had it wrong - its not Isla, but Ilva! That's why I couldn't find the tile. The tile is called Athena and the color I chose was Sparta - its more tan. There's another color that is lighter called Olympus. Here's a link to the site. |
