Hi

We were planning on adding a detached garage, as you can see with this plan.

The house is now build. I am looking for options on how to add a garage with a mudroom and a full bath attached to the house. The problem is we dont have much room on the lot. Probably 30 to 35 feet on each sides of the house.
Our sewer is in front of the house. There is a pathway in front of the bedrooms. This pathway cant be walk on with tractor or car because of the sewer line right there. Very annoying....
The driveway is on the side where are all the bedrooms and goes up to the end of the house. Option A: continuing the hall, which would downside one bedroom a lot. and add a garage. Option B. attached the garage on the side where is the kitchen, but that would mean adding a driveway ($$)...
another thing im wondering about,...maybe I should bust the walking closet, add a shower there. And then maybe add only a garage/mudroom and walk in closet for the masterbed...? probably cheaper to do it that way?

any help would be so appreciated!!!
